A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. We accept payment via check or credit card but there will be an additional 3% charge for credit card payments (it’s what they charge us). Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip. Upon request, we will refund payment within 30 days of booking. After March 1st refunds will only be made on the condition that the space is filled.
We want you to travel and enjoy your trip with a peace of mind even under unforeseen circumstances. Although we do everything possible to ensure that you will have a safe experience, events out of our control can throw a wrench into a perfectly planned trip. Medical problems, work issues, airline delays or world events can impact your plans. No See Um Lodge recommends that all guests secure travel insurance to cover these unforeseen events. You can purchase travel insurance from a number of providers such as Ripcord Travel Insurance or Travelex for several different coverage’s.
Terms and Conditions
All dates are subject to prior booking. Unless you have contacted us, reserved them, and followed up with a deposit they may be gone.
Our trips are Monday to Monday. Your flight will depart Anchorage, on Katmai Air, at 3pm and arrives in King Salmon about 4:00pm. The return flight departs King Salmon at 10:30am, arriving Anchorage at 11:30am. We recommend that you book your connecting flight after 2pm to allow for any delays. We ask that you limit your bags to a maximum of one 50lbs bag per person.
Air transportation between the lodge and King Salmon at other times is available; contact us for pricing and options. Please note that while we will be happy to help arrange travel , all of the associated costs will be your responsibility. These costs will likely include an air taxi to/from the lodge as well as commercial flights between Anchorage and King Salmon.
